This week is a special week in the Jewish community. We are celebrating our New Year and for me that means a time of intentional reflection. I like to take a moment this time of year to reflect on all the things I have to be grateful for. We continually discuss on the show why it is important to practice gratitude daily, however there is something extra special on reflecting back on a FULL year of moments.

In today's episode, I share with you a few of my rituals around this practice including ways that you can use journals and pictures to help foster gratitude and remind you of moments you may have otherwise forgotten.

Why is any of this important? I don't know about you, but life is SO busy and it is easy to move through it so fast without taking a moment to reflect. The beautiful thing about gratitude is that it allows positive energy into your life which attracts MORE and more things to be grateful for.
